Kiha Pimental of Hawaii
Kiha and his partner Rod came all the way from Hawaii. The funniest thing we remember about their trip was that they came two days early to acclimate to the time change. In those days, we were holding the workshop at a local hotel conference room and apparently no one at the hotel knew we were holding a workshop. So on the morning of the workshop when the GCExperts weren’t there half an hour prior to start time, Kiha thought he’d been scammed. In fact, his wife had called asking if the GCExperts were there, and upon being told “not yet”, she replied, “Suckkkkeeerrrrr”. LOL. Obviously we showed up, and this is what he had to say about the training:

The following video played out during a live workshop, after the events in the video, Jordan was awarded a contract with $55k in profit. I instructed him to lock down the tractors with a non-refundable deposit directly after the events in this video. He did and was awarded the contract 3 days later. Jordan flew up to watch the tractors get loaded on the trailers for the trip, and the owner of the rental company asked him “Why did you get the contract, normally the government rents them from me”. To which Jordan responded “I don’t know man, I just work here”. Pretty funny….
Now pay real attention, because I’m only going to say this once.
You want to be taught by the sheep or the wolf? Watch Dennis explain how the video above prompted him to buy a ticket to the workshop immediately after watching it.

Kerry Keyes first came to the GCExperts Workshop in December 2013. Kerry called Sean Reitmeyer late on a Friday night and had a very frank discussion wherein Kerry asked Sean directly “Should I go to the workshop”?
In this video he describes how you CAN’T AFFORD NOT TO COME HERE:
30 Days after attending the workshop, Kerry’s right hand man Keith calls in and Sean and Keith have the following conversation wherein Keith indicates they have put more work on the books in the past few weeks than the entire previous year!

Hi Jeff,
BLM Budget Priorities
*Six months after putting our systems into their business, Rusty sent this email:
“Doug-
Since May 1st JFCE has bid 20 federal projects. We have won 3 projects totaling $1,139,618. Our anticipated profit on these projects is 42.6%. If we can continue at this pace, we will consider our first year in the federal market an outstanding success.
By comparison, we have just completed $12.7 million in DISD school renovations at a 6% profit margin.
Thank you very much for helping JFCE get started in the federal market, and thank you for your continued support since the workshop.”
